LSU (1-8) has a C+ offense, a B- defense, and is B- overall. They are #115 in pts/gm, #112 in total offense, & #53 in total defense. #1 Alabama (10-0) has an A offense, an A+ defense, and is A+ overall. We are #1 in everything except pass offense (117th) and turnover differential (9th). Weather: Clear.

CB James Whitaker picks off an LSU pass and returns 40 yards for the score just :50 into the game, 7-0 Bama. Then, RE James Lewis scoops up a fumble and returns it 45 yards for a TD. Just like that 14-0 Bama and the offense hasn't even taken the field. Once it does, HB Michael Gibbs scores on a 59 yard TD run, 21-0 at the end of one and this could get ugly.

HB Gibbs scores :03 into the 2nd on a 3 yard TD run, 28-0 and the route is on. A 15 yard TD run by HB Tim Poe puts the Tide up 35. A 49 yard pass play from QB Marcus "The Future" Sullivan to WR Mike Bishop makes it 42-0. A 16 yard TD pass from QB Sullivan to WR Bo Butler makes it 49-0 just before half.

A 59 yard TD run by HB Elton Razzano puts us to 56.

K Craig Gunn gets into the scoring act with a 45 yard FG and a 50 yard FG, 62-0. A 66 yard punt return by PR Adam Leonard wraps up this blowout.

LSU didn't show up for this one. This gives us the SEC West and we can book our trip to Atlanta.
