Exciting Win in OT for the Golden Panthers!

The Golden Panthers were going into the game looking for an upset and did just that over the #5 Penn State Nittany Lions. The first quarter started out shaky with a with no one scoring. But, Penn State came out came ready in the second with a passing TD. Giving them a 7-0 lead going into the half. FIU came out fired in the second half. It all started with a TD pass to J. Rucker from W. Younger. Then in the fourt quarter another TD pass from Younger to E. Dix. After that Penn State came back with a 49 yard touchdown pass of their own. FIU drove late in the 4th but the game winning field missed wide right. So overtime it was. Penn State scored a field goal. Then FIU came with a 21 yard TD pass from Younger to the true freshman J. Handy to win the game! 20-17 was the final score.
