After playing the team that is now ranked #2 in the country (and BCS) in Boise State, UTEP just seemed easy.

Perhaps it was the blue and orange that got the Vandals fired up for today's game against UTEP, maybe it was the heat, maybe it was Coach Aima promising strippers on the flight home, but something had the Vandals fired up to play the Miners of UTEP.

"The offensive line has been playing amazing football for the past two weeks, they took over today. They had no chance at stopping our running game."

It can't hurt that the Miners went a horrible 3-16 on third down conversions.

"Our defense actually got off the plane today. Let's just hope they do that in the bowl game and we'll have ourselves a 10-win season."
