Missouri comes into the game at 2-0. Their offense is playing extremely well averaging 87 points in two games so far. Their defense is averaging allowing 7.5 points in the two games. Chase Daniel will be looking to have another huge game with 11 tds and 2 ints in the two games. He will be looking for Chase Coffman in the redzone and on deep passes. Justin Garrett has 3 ints this year. Sean Weatherspoon and Freshman Robert Steeples both have 2 ints. All American William Moore has an int also. Dan Hoch played pretty good last game when we were killing SE MO State so look for him to maybe see some playing time along with Michael Keck, Will Ebner and Zaviar Gooden. Missouri should have a pretty easy game and should be 3-0 after this one.

SE MO State Preview

Coming into the second game this year against SE MO State Missouri in #1 in PPG, Pass Offense, and Run Defense. Missouri is 4th in total offense.Look for the Offense to have another huge game and the Defense to have a shutout. The tigers are going to be using Chase Daniel, Derrick Washington, Jeremy Maclin, and Chase Coffman a bunch this game. Backups like Blaine Gabbert and Dan Hoch will see plenty of playing time as well. On the defensive side of the ball, look for Sean Weatherspoon and Justin Garrett to have huge games again. William Moore also had an interception in the first game and only needs 4 more for the Missouri record. Missouri must stop the pass this game unlike in the Marshall game. It should be a blowout for Missouri but we will have to see what happens

Missouri Kills Marshall 84-13

In Missouri's first game this year they kill Marshall 84-13.Chase Daniel threw 4 tds and 1 int.Blaine Gabbert threw 2 tds of his own and ran one in too.All American Chase Coffman had 4 catches and 4 tds.The run defense was excellent but the pass defense wasn't as good as it should be.Sean Weatherspoon led the team with 8 tackles.Justin Garrett had 2 ints both for tds.

2008 Offensive Preview

Last year the Missouri Tigers won a school record 12 games and their Offense was a major part of their success.Now we will preview their offense for this year.

Quarterbacks-Chase Daniel is coming back and like last year will be a Heisman contender again as he gets better every game.Five star Blaine Gabbert will see some playing time this year too so he can be ready to start next year or if Chase gets hurt.

Runningbacks-Derrick Washington is opening a lot of eyes this preseason and will be starting.Jimmy Jackson will be getting some playing time too, mainly on long yardage situations or on fourth down.Redshirt freshman De'Vion Moore will look to see some playing time late in games.

Wide Receivers-Jeremy Maclin is returning after an excellent freshman year last year and is improving even more every day and will be our KR and PR.Danario Alexander gives us a big target for Chase to throw to.Freshman Wes Kemp will see plenty of playing time.

Tight ends-All American Chase Coffman is returning after another stellar season and looks to have another excellent year, he will be split out at receiver occasionally as well.Four star Freshman Andrew Jones will get plenty of playing time and will be split out at receiver like Chase Coffman.

Offensive Line-Missouri lost 3 starting lineman last year, so it will be interesting to who steps up.At center will be Sophomore Tim Barnes.He is only Missouri's fourth center in 12 years.Protecting Chase Daniel's blindside will be senior Dain Wise.

Missouri's first game is against Marshall so it will be interesting to see how the offense does.
