In a hard hitting contest that was close until the closing minutes of the fourth, #13 North Carolina defeated 4-0 Wake Forest in Winston-Salem, NC.
With North Carolina up 17-13 and only 5 minutes left, the Tar Heels put together an impressive, three minute drive to eventually score on a three yard run by HB Shaun Draughn - this third touchdown of the game. With the score 24-13 and only 2:15 left in the game, Wake Forest went to the air, hoping to score quickly with enough time to get the ball back.
CB Kendric Burney had a different idea. On a lofted ball up the sideline, Burney jumped and made a great play on the ball - picking it off and returning it to the house for a touchdown.
