Carnes Gives Ducks Signing Day Surprise

Quarterback/athlete James Carnes pulled a signing day surprise by switching his allegiance from Texas to Oregon, signing his letter-of-intent this morning. The Colorado, native committed to Texas, where he would have been a wide receiver, in late January, but had a change of heart and will now be a quarterback for the Ducks.
