Buckeyes question their manhood
Columbus, OH (AP)- Tennessee opened up the game with a 7-0 lead when Patrick Herman avoided an on-coming Buckeye defender and threw to Jamar McNeal.
Ohio State was content to eat a bunch of clock and then proceeded to drive 80 yards in 3:03 eating up the entire first quarter and a few seconds of the second quarter. Then Tennessee called a HB lead toss that was set up so beautiful that Fred Barron went 77 yards untouched to take a Volunteer lead 14-7. Ohio State then answered with a two minute drive and punched it in on an 8 yard run. Then there was a period of about four minutes and with 0:11 left before halftime, Herman had a desperation heave.

The Buckeyes fell apart in the second half and gave up 17 points in the third quarter and scoring ZERO. A scary moment came in the late fourth quarter as Ohio State was trying to comeback and win it. Ohio State's QB Shaun Johnson was throwing to Darrick Barbato. In the process of the pass, Rodney White picked off the ball and went running back 27 yards. However stretchers had to be called out. Poor Darrick Barbato had half of his brain ripped out durning the interception. Luckily the great doctors in Columbus were able to refix Barbato's brain and will be in action four weeks from now.
