After taking a 3 yard loss on first down, Roskos hit Underhand working across a huge gap in the middle of the Rice coverage. Pitch and catch. Wally made the catch and turned it upfield ahead of the safety.

Two dumb interceptions by Roskos, on e on the opponent 30, one on our 20, turned the game from a cakewalk to a contest. Mays tucked and scrambled to the pylon for the TD.

Rice ran a toss sweep against an all out blitz on 3rd/2. Our corner missed the tackle and it was off to the races.

Brian Ealy's shoestring snag of a Mays pass set the Bluff up with a short field, and Raz made it pay.

Penalty was assessed after the play...? Just a shotgun tight crossers against a putrid Rice secondary, and Roskos got the good loft under the ball this time.

Started on the Pine Bluff 3. Jibber Watson made a big catch on 3rd and long at our 31, then E-Mo took a screen pass 22 yards upfield. After taking two more sacks, Roskos hit Watson again this time with a diving catch across the goal line for the TD.

Ealy's second int got us underway again. Wrye ran for 13, then after an incompletion Roskos found Watson for 14. A no gain was followed by the 9 yard TD snap throw on a called flanker screen. Watson had a big hole in the end zone.

Mays came up with two critical completions to his star receiver Rhoden to keep the Owls moving early, but strong goal line defense by the Bluff kept them out of the end zone.

Andre Wrye got every call but one, a key 26 yard pass to E-Mo that seemed to soften the Owl defense.

Wrye broke two tackles, including one behind the LOS, as he made the Owl defense his bitch.
