Tennessee takes care of UCLA, 52-13. Stellar performances by Crompton, who completed 26 out of 29 passes, 265 yards, and 3 TDs. Perhaps most importantly, Crompton finished the game with a 193.6 passer rating. The Vols rushing attack attained 87 yards and 4 touchdowns, quite a notable performance. As the score suggests, the game wasn't even close, with the Vols entering half-time with a 24 point lead over the Bruins. On the defensive side of the ball, Dennis Rogan, Rico McCoy, and B. Vinson all intercepted P. Cowan, included on interception returned for a TD by Vinson.
