In what was a simply awesome season, Coach Mr. Tennessee captured his 7th National Title crown and expanded his coaching record to 223-66 with a shocking 48-10 blowout win over Miami (who was overrated to begin with) in the Fiesta bowl.

The team had some pretty good talent. The rSR QB was a 2* that progressed to a 90 ovr rated QB and finished with 2500 yards passing on the season.

The HB won the Heisman trophy over a passing air genius QB at Texas Tech. The defense was stout against the pass but 9th best in the SEC in rushing.

The two defining games in the season were the contests against #7 Missouri and #9 Alabama.

The Missouri game was an epic battle. Neither team could stop the run but Tennessee managed to somehow stop it in the 6th OT on the way to a 76-73 win.

The Alabama game proved to be a classic. It was setup by the QB throwing a stupid pick late in the game and Alabama took the momentum and tied it up with just 10 seconds left in the game. Then the two waged an immense three OT battle with the UT D forcing a FG in the third OT and Foster running it in.

Tennessee coasted the rest of the way and that 7th NC was so sweet.

The 2043 season looks to be tough with all the talent that was lost. The east is projected to finish like this and the respective ratings of positions:
