Miners hold off Wolfpack
In a game loaded with offense, it was the Miner defense, having lost several players to injury in the game, that saved the day, sacking the Nevada QB twice on the final drive and putting pressure on him before an injury required the backup to take the final snap. With one second left, Nevada attempted to tie the game with a touchdown but the Miner defense forced an incompletion.
