Redshirt Junior Heinz sets school record in statement game
Dateline: Death Valley.
Questions were answered and created for both Wash U. and LSU in an uwful game for the Tigers.
Quarterback Roland Heinz answered the question of being able to become a stable signal caller for the Huskies, as he set the single season passing record with 457 yards.
Newport Hills' own Joseph Weatherford answered the question of being able to become a calming leader on the offensive side of the ball and made an impact on the second play of the game when he broke 4 tackles for a 60 yard TD run.
Eric Nelson answered the question of becoming the newest deep threat for Wash U, as the 6'7" reciever caught 2 TDs.
For Wash U, perhaps one of the biggest victories in school history answered the question of being a serious threat to win their 5th national crown.
For LSU, can they pick up the pieces of being destroyed on national television and win the Southeast.
