2027 BCS National Championship
This BCS National Championship Game pitted two almost perfectly matched teams against each other. Each had similar strengths and entered the game undefeated. What proved to be the difference was the play of Florida State playmakers. Heisman winning QB Todd Trotter threw for 322 yards and 4 TDs, all-time great WR Anthony Mitchell finished his amazing career with 8 receptions for 109 yards and 2 TDs while Thorpe Award winner CB Steve Pleasant picked off 2 passes.
