We mounted a desperate comback but came up just a bit short, unfortunate but we have to take our lumps this season. We have a very brutal OOC schedule this year to navigate.

Coach Layne Trist has come in to take over the team after a disappointing 2019 campagin. The closet isn't exactly stocked as there was a lot of attriton. This has forced Trist to name a true freshman as the starting QB. Hold on to your horses Tech fans, this could be a rocky season.

Not a bad first game for QB Byrd but we couldn't hang on late. That one was a tough one to lose with a great West Virginia team waiting for us next week in Morgantown.

An ugly blowout loss, we just don't have the guns to run with the big boys. But this season is salvageable if we can get some wins in conference.

What an ugly game but all that matters is that we stole a big game at home. This should help us carry some momentum in conference play.
