The Hawkeyes somehow came away with a win after their starting QB Ricky Stanzi was injured in the second quarter and was determined to be out for the next four weeks with knee bursitis. The Hawkeyes went into clock mode to try to run as much clock as they could to come away with the victory and they did. The Hawkeyes offense was held to just 196 yards.
