Wolverines claim national title in romp over Ducks
The Michigan Wolverines jumped out to a 21-0 first quarter lead, survived Oregon's closing onslaught, and dominated the fourth quarter en route to a 64-43 win in the BCS national title game.
Freshman QB James Tepper was named the game's MVP after accounting for five Wolverine touchdowns himself--three rushing scores, all of which came in the first quarter, and two passing touchdowns. HB Brandon Minor led the Wolverines with 124 of the team's 309 rushing yards, adding two touchdowns of his own.
