Dixon, Wolverines overcome turnover problems, defeat Western Michigan 34-21
ANN ARBOR -- Ray Dixon and the Wolverines offense racked up 523 yards of total offense in jumping out to a 24-7 lead, but turnover problems nearly let Western Michigan back into the game. Michigan eventually put the game away with a late 4th quarter score to improve their record to 2-1.
