The Sioux returned home hoping to put an end to the recent abundance of losses and they did just that.
Although HB Catlin Solum is out for the season, Steven Battle took his place and ran for 186 yards and a TD. UND forced 4 turnovers, two of which were touchdowns. Freshman LB Tyrone Mays took a fumble for a TD and Carl Hanson took an interception back. Hanson had 2 interceptions on the day.
