Jahns took advantage of the turnover and the momentum and drove down the field and scored on a 45 yard run. Michigans offense fought back and continued the same thing they had going on their first drive and this time was able to score by a 76 yard run by HB #24 but missed the extra point. Michigans defense could not find an answer for Oklahoma States offense and Jahns drove down the field easily completing pass after pass eventually leading to 19 yard pass to Devereaux. With Oklahoma State leading 14-6 they got the ball back with 2mins remaining and scored again on a 2 yard pass from Jahns to Bowman but Oklahoma State was not done with 20seconds left in the half Jahns scored another touchdown his 4th of the day on a 7 yard run bringing the half to an end with the score 28-6. The second half started out looking like Michigan was going to come back when HB #24 had another huge run taking it for six on a 41 yard run but Oklahoma St answered with their own huge run with Crosslin taking it 70 yards for a touchdown. Oklahoma State scored again in the 3rd quarter with Crosslin scoring his 2nd rushing touchdown of the day on a 1 yard run. With the first stringers out for Oklahoma State Michigans offense drove down the field easily until they got to the redzone where they did not do well all game going into it twice and coming out with no points and it happened again when Henne dropped back to throw and threw a bullet into Oklahoma State Free Safety Ricky Price's hands which he returned it 100 yards for a touchdown which sealed the victory. Henne which threw for over 400 yards and 5 touchdowns in their first game only completed 11 passes for 136 yards no touchdowns and threw 4 interceptions.
