2013 Week 2

SMU took care of business on their home field defeating the FCS West 35-3. In his postgame press conference Coach Graham said: "I was proud of the way our guys went in and took care of business on both sides of the ball, it gives us a good foundation to work with moving forward." When asked about his thoughts about the improvement from the offense since week 1 he said "You know sometimes you have slow weeks and then the next week you are on fire we hope we can get a little more consistent with our performances as that's the key to winning. The SMU defense also clocked in another outstanding performance by not allowing a touchdown and forcing 4 turnovers. This defense might be what helps this team get far.
