The game was wild in the first quarter and settled down towards the end. Tennessee lost their starting QB for three games due to a strained quadricep.
The game down to the wire. UT's Hawk fumbled on a crucial play with 1 minute left in the game. UF marched from the 50 to the 1 yard line and UT sacked the QB as time expired.
