Navy (2-7) is C- across the board. They are #115 in pts/gm, #117 in total offense, and #36 in total defense. We're #84 in pts/gm, #110 in total offense, and #1 in total defense. Ughh! I'm sensing another loss by at least 21 points.
Navy QB Ball throws a 14 yard TD pass to TE#42. 7-0 Midshipmen. QB Terrance Robinson goes deep and connects with WR Lance Henderson on a 69 yard TD pass. 7-7. Navy HB#7 returns the ensuing kickoff 92 yards for the score. 14-0 waterboys. QB Robinson goes deep again and finds WR Justin Bullocks on a 45 yard TD pass. 14-14. Navy HB#7 does his thang again and returns the ensuing kickoff 89 yards for a TD. 21-14. Navy gets a fumble on the kickoff and Navy's Bullock returns the fumble 16 yards for a TD. Uh oh! 28-14. QB Robinson finds WR Brad Stephens for a 15 yard TD pass. 28-21. Navy QB Ball goes 36 yards to WR Mackey. 35-21. Navy FB#36 goes 24 yards for a TD. 42-21 Navy at the end of one. Note: We're #115 in total offense and Navy is #110. Go figure!
Navy HB#21 runs one in from 36. 49-21. HB Maurice Mitchell returns a punt 54 yards for a TD. 49-28. Navy FB#36 runs one in from 22. 56-28. He goes 4 yards on their next drive. 63-28. Navy QB Ball goes 24 yards to WR Mackey for another TD. 70-28.
K Grant Williams boots a 43 yard FG. 70-31. Navy gets a safety. 72-31.
Navy WR#10 returns a punt 72 yards for the score as time expires. 78-31.
