IU Falls in Big 10 Opener, 48-38
Wisconsin took advantage of 4 Indiana turnovers while defeating the Hoosiers 48-38. Wisconsin led the game 21-7 before either team had scored an offensive TD. The Badgers had an interception, fumble, and punt return for touchdowns and the Hoosiers returned a kickoff for a TD.
Blaker Powers again had a great game, but his two interceptions and one fumble proved costly in the game. James Hardy had over 200 yards receiving and kept his Heisman hopes alive.
Next week the Hoosiers travel to Illinois.
