Second Half Comeback Propells Prairie Dogs
NSU outscored #10 Missouri 21-0 in the second half to recover from a 28-10 halftime deficit to knock off the Tigers 31-28.
Neil Davis broke the game open with a 39-yard touchdown run with 1:51 left in the game. He ended with 242 yards rushing on a career high 33 carries. He scored four touchdowns, including a 98-yard run from the Ace set in the third quarter.
Missouri's Heisman candidate wide receiver Mitchell was limited to one catch for 25 yards.
