Rams suffer 60-point loss to A+ Virginia
Game Report Posted: December 20, 2008 01:40
Marcus Green went 2-for-21 on passing, with 6 yards and 4 INT''s, with two returned for TDs.. he also had 79 rushing yards on 23 carries. He was also sacked 4 times and pressured 6 more times. That explains the carries. He did have a TD on the ground (thanks to a FG penalty screwup on Virginia).
That sums it up. Oh and Virginia threw 6 TD's and didn't put in their backups until the mid-4th quarter.
We suck.. for now.
#9 Boston College takes it easy, wins rivalry, 45-3 over helpless Rams
Game Report Posted: December 20, 2008 17:24
White QBing play was better by Marcus Green, he was injured in the 2nd quarter and is out five weeks. He ran for 42 yards, and went 7-out-of-14 with 63 yards, and 0 INT's with 2 sacks before going down.
Jason Fontaine did okay, but Lenny Harris didn't complete a pass and threw an INT.
Rams POTG goes to Matt Ewing for the 2nd straight week with 78 yards rushing on 13 carries.
It looked like a close one, NOT!

Time runs out for URI at Wake's 45 yard line
Game Report Posted: December 23, 2008 01:18
Rhode Island played the best they had all season long. However, they came up short. On a late drive, they were stopped on a fourth and sixteen by just two yards, then forced a three and out with NO timeouts. They got the ball inside the five and made it to Wake's 46 when they did not get out of bounds and the time ticked to one second, they snapped it and went nowhere on a pass as time expired
Time ran out.
Rams win, no seriously, Rhode Island WINS, no seriously, THEY WIN
