Utah, Tough Early, Gives Falcons a 2-0 Start
Tested early, Air Force managed to hold off Utah en route to a tougher-than-it-looked 14-point victory. The Utes came out flying all over the field, making plays on both sides of the ball. At one point, things were looking grim for the Falcons, as three consecutive plays produced a 28-yard Ute touchdown, an Air Force fumble (recovered), and another Air Force fumble (lost). Fortunately for the Falcons, the offense kept grinding out yards, and the defense buttoned up the high-powered Ute offense, and Air Force moved to 2-0 (1-0).

[video] - Carney is blown up in the backfield before he even lands from catching the bad snap.
[video] - In what's been a habit for the Falcons, a nice pass play is ruined by a fumble on the run after the catch.
[video] - Yet another fumble after the catch is fortunately recovered by the Falcons.
[video] - Satele shakes the star Ute cornerback and goes in for the 50 yard score to tie the game at 7.
[video] - A bad pass is picked off by the Air Force defense and returned to the 2.
