MUNCIE- The Indiana Hoosiers dominated the Cardinals of Ball State for their first victory of the season. Offensively, Blake Powers consistently found James Hardy(6 receptions, 208 yards, 3 TD's) for big plays and the defense forced 4 turnovers.
