2006 Week 2

Turnovers killed us. We started off fairly solid on Defense, holding them the best we could, but still giving up a score after a long drive. Our first Offensive play from scrimage fumbled, leading to another score for Ole Miss. We got the ball back driving the distance of the field to cut the lead in half. Overstreet picked Schaeffer off giving us the ball back just a quickly as we gave it to them. Coleman felt they should take it back throwing an int over the middle. Overstreet still wanted off the field immediately picking the football off again. We were able to drive down and tie the score. The Rebels proceded to go three and out setting us up to pull ahead. They were able to tie us up right before the half.

All I can(and choose) to remember after this is a blitz of turnovers effectively ending any shot at a comeback for the Tigers.
