Lions Win Second Consecutive Big 10 Crown
The Lions had a tuff go at East Lansing against Michigan State but came out on top 34-20. The Lions remain at #1 in the BCS poll but dropped to #2 in the coaches poll behind Texas (12-0). PSU remains #1 in the writers poll.
Evan Royster led a strong ground game and Tom Wagner threw 3 TD passes for the win.
The Lions travel to Syracuse (9-2) who have had a big year from Robinson at QB with 26 TD passes however they must take on the #1 NCAA rated pass defense in the Lions. Syracuse coming in is averaging 33 points a game and this will be a test for the Lions in hopes to finish the regular season with their second straight undefeated season. (Last year the Lions lost in the BCS Championship game to USC). Syracuse's 2 losses game to #4 West Virginia and at #8 Louisville.
