Pitt Ends Season at 7-5 With Loss to WVU

Pitts season came to an end with a loss to #18 West Virginia. Pitt improved upon last seasons record going from 6-6 to 7-5. The Team was led by Sophomore quarterback Pat Bostick and Freshman runningback LeSean McCoy. The Panthers did, however, get an invite to the International Bowl in Toronto, Canada against the Buffalo Bulls. The Game will be played on January 5th, 2009.

#2. Aaron Berry had his 10th interception of the season late in the 1st half. Aaron leads the team in interceptions and defensive touchdowns.

#1. Returner of the Year, Kevin Collier, had his 5th touchdown return from a kickoff in the 2nd half of this game. Collier has gone down as one of the most prolific returners in history.
