2013 Week 3

Random Jones didn't take long to pick up a nickname. In his first game in uniform the speedster caught the ball and was GONE. Twice we said it. Jones .. Gone! Gone Jones accounted for a mind-boggling 173 yards in his first ever collegiate game. 102 of the yards were after the catch.

Meanwhile, tailback Robbie Swoopes must have been breathing a sigh of relief after the decision to redshirt the much hyped Jason Joe Aldridge. Swoopes sliced apart the Bulldog defense for 216 yards including two long touchdown bursts.

Buck Roberts looked blase but his numbers were good due to the long ball.

Early in the game Chester Boyd scored in his first ever college game. Afterwards he was so excited he stuttered through his name, earning the nickname Bo-Bo Boyd.
