Another Solid Season

Coach has been doing a good job of coaching up his boys. But after the third straight season of 8-5, the natives are getting restless. SMU just can't seem to get over the hump. The defense took a step forward this year but unfortunately not far enough.

After back to back 8-5 seasons, the Mustangs are looking to seize the WAC crown for the first time. They have some playmakers on the offensive side of the ball but if they are going to claim the crown its going to be because of the defense. Can the defense take the next step?
