Good Season Ends On a Bitter Note

After getting blown out in the Houston Bowl, there are a lot of question surrounding this football team. Particularly the defense needs to be addressed. Coach Bishop did an excellent job yet again but if he doesn't get the defense fixed he might be on the hot seat in a few years.

Highly touted Redshirt FR QB Ryan Fleming has been asked to take the reins to lead the Mustangs to back to back bowl games for the first time in a long time. Is this the season that the Mustangs get into the WAC title hunt? Or will the defense be the achilles heel once again?
