Commies are classless punks

Vanderbilt, like Kentucky, wanted to dominate over their hated, but down, rival Tennessee. Even by running up the score on the last play of the game. However, Sam Riley did play a part in Tennessee's demise.

Sam Riley, the beloved dart board favorite in East Tennessee, helped Vandy to win the game today. Tennessee would be driving towards a touchdown, but then Riley would fumble the ball and give possession back to Vanderbilt. It was 21-14 at halftime, but Tennessee was driving in the third quarter to tie the game up, when you guessed it, Riley fumbled around the 22 yard line.

Sam Riley might of been bought off by Vandy so they would brag they didn't have the same amount of wins (3) as Tennessee would finish the season with. Losing 49-21 hurt pretty bad for Tennessee, but lets mention one player who carried the team on his back every game this year.

Robert Alexander was a tough gritty kind of halfback in every game. In this game he had 32 carries with 227 yards and three touchdowns, which in fact, would of been more had Riley not decided to fumble the ball every drive.

"I am proud of the effort of Robert Alexander today. He had really no line support, but he managed to get 200 yard game against an A rated defense. That is something to be proud of. I am not happy with Riley's mind-numbing moments and I am glad he is leaving the Tennessee program, but I do want to thank the other guys that are leaving that fought very hard to win 12 games at a program that has suffered through the worst period in Tennessee history. I take my hat off to those guys." Said a somber coach Batten.
