UAPB hung on to survive a messy, messy game that had 10 turnovers and 10 sacks. It could have been worse: the teams also had 4 fumbles that did not fall into enemy hands. Tulsa's nickelback Kyle Richard was lost for the season with a shoulderblade break. It's not a huge blow for the Hurricane who are plenty deep at defensive backs. But the severe nature of the injury will do nothing to settle the grudge between the teams.
