2008 Week 9

Army (3-3) has a D+ offense, a D defense, and is C- overall. They are #74 in pts/gm, #78 in total offense, and #59 in total defense. We are #1 in pts/gm, #15 in total offense, and #1 in total defense. I'm sensing a serious beatdown in this one. Of course, I said that earlier this year vs. Navy so who knows. Ughh! Freshmen sensation WR Zach Collins will miss two games because of his involvement with a few academic dishonesty cases.

QB Schroeder throws a 21 yard TD pass to WR Justin Bullocks to get the Headbangers moshing it up! 7-0. A 16 yard pass from QB Schroeder to TE#89 makes it 14-0. He hits TE#89 again on a 14 yard TD pass, 21-0.

QB Schroeder goes deep for WR Lance Henderson on a 3 yard TD reception. 28-0. K Donte Botts boots a 24 yard FG to make it 31-0. QB Schroeder connects with WR Bullocks again on an 18 yard TD pass. 38-0 and the route is on. K Botts hits a FG with no time on the clock just after an Army turnover. 41-0 at halftime.

QB Schroeder still throwing bullets around hits TE#89 for a 16 yard TD pass. 48-0. HB#35 runs one in from 3 to put us by 55 points. MLB Cole Edwards picks a pass, breaks a tackle, and returns it 29 yards for a TD. 62-0.

QB Schroeder throws a 24 yard pass to WR Trevor Wright to make it 69-0. A 70 yard punt return by PR Maurice Mitchell pushes the lead to 76. QB Schroeder throws a post to WR Henderson and he makes a move on his way to a 69 yard TD pass. 83-0. PR Mitchell does it again with a 48 yard punt return. 90-0.
