Missouri (4-4) has a B- offense, a B defense, and is B overall. They are #32 in pts/gm, #47 in total offense, and #20 in total defense. We are #1 in pts/gm, #5 in total offense, and #1 in total defense. We cannot afford to have a letdown after beating USC and having a BYE week.

HB Maurice Mitchell takes one in from 3 yards. 7-0 Metallers! Mizzou KR Butler returns the ensuing kickoff 98 yards for the touch, 7-7.

QB Jason Schroeder hits WR Lance Henderson on an 18 yard TD pass to make it 14-7. MLB Cole Edwards, who is making more and more plays every game, scoops up a fumble caused by CB Josh Brown, tippy toes down the sideline, and goes in for 6. 21-7. Honestly, it looked like the receiver that fumbled was down. On top of this, it looked like Edwards stepped out of bounds. Oh well! Missouri gets it back later.

This game was a little too close for my liking. The Missouri crowd was much louder than the SC crowd which isn't right. It caused us to take several timeouts just to get the correct formation.
