"Both teams played their hearts out and in the end our hearts were too strong for their Hart!"Brian Brohm told reporters after the game.

"I looked up and I knew I had my man beat deep down field.I'm just glad Brian threw me the ball and the rest was touchdown!"Harry Douglas commented to local news reporters celebrating the Cardinals first victory on the season.

Head Coach Moose Linville announced at the press conference after the game that this win will not bring big heads into next weeks game against instate rival Kentucky Wildcats.
"We have a long way before we can celebrate a winning season.""This win is just a baby step towards what we need to accomplish.""Rich Brooks will be prepared for us next week.I'm sure he was watching us tonight and seen everything we threw at Michigan's Defense.""We will shake up the plays next week to stun the Cats and catch them off guard.""We will be ready."
