2009 Week 12

Pitt kept their win streak going with an 8th consecutive win over #12 Notre Dame. Pitt was trailing alot of the game, but was able to pull out a 4th quarter comeback and defeat the Fighting Irish. Pitt looks to its final game of the season next week at home against UConn. Pitt moves to #13 in the Top 25 polls and looks as if they will win the Big East.

#3. Dorin Dickerson picked off Jimmy Clausen on the Irish's final attempt at a game winning drive. Dickerson also had a blocked extra point in the game, which really was the difference maker in the victory.

#2. Cornerback, Chris Leak, had his first career defensive touchdown in teh first quarter when he picked off Jimmy Clausen and returned it 70 yards for the score.

#1. Pat Bostick threw a 5 yard touchdown pass to Oderick Turner in the 4th quarter to win the game for the Panthers. Bostick now had 18 touchdown passes on the year.
