2009 Week 2

Pitt went on the road for the second week in a row against Kansas State. Pitt played an excellent game as they won 24-14 to move to 2-0.

#3. Pat Bostick hit Oderick Turner over the shoulder for a whopping 44 yard gain which set up a Panther score early in the 2nd half.

#2. In the 2nd half, Justin Hargrove picked off his 2nd pass of the night, earning him the player of the game honor in the win over KSU.

#1. Early in the game, Pat Bostick rolled to the right, waiting for his tight end, Hate Byham, to get open. Finally Byham broke away from his defender in the corner of the endzone. Bostick threw a dart at him, but was behind Byham. Byham didn't let the opportunity slip away as he spun around and pulled the ball in as he fell to the ground. Bostick finished with 3 touchdowns and 1 interception.
