Even without starting QB Karsten Sween, HB Wynel Seldon and after losing DE Rob Hollway for the rest of the season, the Wyoming Cowboys traveled to TCU and defeated the Horned Frogs by a score of 20-17.

Stepping in to the QB role was RS SR QB Ian Hetrick, who led the Cowboys with 188 yards and a TD through the air. Defensively, FR Tom Merriman led the charge garnering 9 tackles and yet another interception.
