#1 Alabama (11-0) has an A offense, an A+ defense, and is A+ overall. We are #1 in everything except pass offense (113th). Auburn (2-7) has a C- offense, a C defense, and is C overall. They are #108 in pts/gm, #93 in total offense, and #91 in total defense. Weather: Clear with wind up to 13 mph.
HB Tyler Doby goes right, spins on a defender as he's clipped but maintains his balace, heads around the right side getting two great blocks, and outruns the safety to the endzone in one of the greatest runs I've ever seen, 7-0 Bama. HB Doby breaks a 30 yard TD run, 14-0.
HB Doby gets in from 14 yards out, 21-0. HB Doby scores :31 later on a 26 yard TD run, 28-0. HB Doby, playing out of his mind, scores on a 16 yard TD run, 35-0. QB Ricky Morris throws a 43 yard TD pass to WR Chris Coleman, 42-0. FB John Johnson plows in from 2 yards out, 49-0. FB Johnson scores again on a 2 yard TD run, 56-0.
HB Jeremy Smith scores on a 9 yard TD run, 63-0. Doby breaks an 80 yard TD run, 70-0. HB Doby then scores on a 12 yard TD run, 77-0.
HB Smith gets in from 14 yards away, 84-0.
This was an absolute beatdown on the Tigers. They did not have a chance!
