Game Notes
- Senior placekicker Jeff Snodgrass attempted the first two field goals of the season, a 39-yarder in the second quarter and a 31-yarder in the fourth, converting both. The 31-yarder in the fourth quarter gave the Wildcats the lead with 1:13 remaining.
- Freshman quarterback Josh Freeman had his first 200-yard passing game (202). It was the first 200-yard passing game for a K-State quarterback since Allan Everidge threw for 221 @Iowa St. 11/5/05.
- Freeman had his third two-touchdown game of the season. He completed 16-of-26 pass attempts (61.5%) for 202 yards and no interceptions.
- Senior tailback Thomas Clayton had his fourth 100-yard rushing game (144) of the season tying him for 9th (Ell Roberson) for most 100-yard games in a season.
- Junior receiver Jordy Nelson had a Wildcats' season-high five catches, totaling 57 yards and a touchdown.
