Game Notes
- Senior tailback Thomas Clayton set a school record with 313 rushing yards on only 25 attempts (292 by Darren Sproles 9/18/04). It was only the 11th time in school history a player has gone over 200 yards in a game.

- Freshman quarterback Josh Freeman had his first poor performance by completing only 5-of-14 pass attempts (35.7%) and throwing his first interception.
- Junior receiver Jordy Nelson had a Wildcats' season-high 61 yard reception, his only catch of the game.
- K-State's 442 yards of total offense was the most by the team since a 40-20 win over Louisiana-Lafayette (445) 9/18/04.
- The Wildcats three interceptions give them nine through three games. They had only eight all of last season.
- K-State has totaled 1137 total yards (379 per game) through three games.
