OU HB Edwards scores on a 4 yard off tackle play, 7-0 Sooners. HB Jonas Barnes busts an 82 yard TD run on Alabama's first play from scrimmage, 7-7. QB Jesse Russ throws a 5 yard TD pass to TE Sam Smith, 14-7 Bama.

QB Russ throws a 12 yard TD pass to HB Barnes, 21-7. QB Russ throws his second TD pass to TE Smith from 4 yards, 28-7.

OU LB Jones scoops up a fumble and rumbles 63 yards for the score, 28-14. K Tim Ford hits a 29 yard FG, 31-14.

QB Russ throws a 3 yard TD pass to FB Jeremy Fulmore, 38-14. QB Joe Carter throws a 75 yard TD pass to WR Michael Sykes, 45-14.

We blew some opportunities in this game. FB Jeremy Fulmore fumbled at the OU 1 yard line late in the first half. The strip OU got and returned for a TD made this game close too followed shortly thereafter by the deflection interception. However, our defense turned up the pressure and stopped the Sooners from scoring that time.
