K Tim Ford hits a 23 yard FG to make it 17-7. MISS FB Williams goes in from 2 yards out, 17-14 Tide. HB Brown, on 3rd and 6 from the 9, goes right behind some good blocks by the WRs, spins on their impact safety, and is gone 91 yards for a huge TD, 24-14 Bama.

K Ford hits a 37 yard FG, 27-14. MISS K Maxwell hits a 43 yard FG, 27-17.

QB Russ throws a short out to WR Gerald Davis and the CB, who picked this same pass off earlier tries to deflect. He's unsuccessful and Davis is running all by himself down the left sideline for a 79 yard TD reception, 34-17 with 5:46 left in the game. MISS Hall, still running over Bama defenders, goes in from 31 with 3:57 left, 34-24. They go onsides kick and FB Titus Brewer recovers. HB Jonas Barnes scores on an 11 yard TD run to finish off the Rebels, 41-24.

The Rebels put up one heck of a battle in this one. They're definitely better than their record indicated. Hopefully, that Hall HB they have will turn pro as he's only a junior. He ran for 224 yards on 22 carries and had 2 TDs along with 12 broken tackles. They had 30 pancakes to our 11 pancakes.
