#1 Alabama (5-0) is A+ across the board. We are #1 in pts/gm, #2 in total offense, and #1 in total defense. Georgia (0-4) has a B- offense, a C defense, and is B- overall. They are #91 in pts/gm, #72 in total offense, and #101 in total defense. Weather: Clear.

K Tim Ford hits a 28 yard FG after Georgia throws an interception on their first possession to CB Mike Manning, 3-0 Bama. FB Jeremy Fulmore scores on a TD after another Georgia INT, 10-0. QB Jesse Russ drops back and throws a screen pass to WR Kevin Kerr, 17-0. PR Marco Herring returns a Dawgs punt 61 yards for the score but we missed the extra point, 23-0. I was adjusting my throw at the time. Ugh!

QB Russ throws a 6 yard TD pass to WR Eddie Simmons, 30-0. PR Herring returns his second of the game and this 65 yard return makes it 37-0.

HB Nick Brown, who's been rested most of the game, scores on a 62 yard TD run, 44-0. HB Chris Morris scores on a 52 yard TD run, 51-0.

QB Joe Carter scores on a 14 yard TD run, 58-0. QB Ernest Holmes throws a 3 yard TD pass to WR Gerald Davis, 65-0.

This game was pretty much a breeze against Georgia even though we actually didn't get off to a good start in our passing game. I wanted to rest up our rushing attack since this was our third road game and we have the bulk of the SEC up next.
