Let's be nice to the Hoosiers. We'll keep it brief. The Crows started things off with an 87-yard TD pass from QB Clarence Oveur to WR Lance Day. A couple of Delmar Coffee TD runs and two more Oveur TD passes (one of those to Day as well) and HMU led IU 35-7 at the break. In the third quarter, Day returned the opening kickoff for a TD while DT J.J. Massey took a fumble to the house and CB Jules Barbish returned one of his 3 picks on the day for a score. The bench cleared as many little-known Crows saw action en route to a 90-14 rout in Bloomington. Henry Morton is now 7-0 (3-0 in the Big Ten) and welcoming the Badgers of Wisconsin next week.
