Wyoming's defense stymied Richmond for the entire game, and the Cowboys came up big when they had to, running the clock perfectly down to 4 seconds before the field goal try. Richmond used two timeouts to try and ice the Wyoming kicker, who had missed one earlier, but this time he was successful.
