IT WAS A DONE DEAL WHEN
Yale QB Zach Frazer hit WR Matt Tuiasosopo with a nine yard bullet on a the slant route to convert the 3rd and 6 and keep the chains moving. With less than two minutes to go, our only chance to win was to stop them there. But we didn't.

GAME BALLS
FS Kevin Coleman took advantage of the rainy weather as he forced 2 fumbles by Yale receivers who couldn't hold onto the slippery ball. ... HB David Taylor got 100 yards on only 14 touches. If not for Yale's passing attack giving them the lead, we might've been able to give Taylor another 14 carries to run over them. But we needed to try and salvage our passing game to score as quickly as possible.

KEY STATISTICS
Our QB completed only 3 of 12 passes. Their QB completed 30 of 50 passes. That's a bit of a difference.

NOTES
LB Greg Walker will miss the next game because he strained a pectoral this week. ... Kevin Coleman is tied with Leon Neal for the team lead in tackles (50) for the season right now. ... The loss dropped us out of 2nd place in the conference. ... Yale has now won "The Game" three years in a row.
